Last updated 7 October 2026. This covers the CroreBet website. Written for readers in India, and for anyone else who opens the lobby.

What we store on your device
The practice profile uses local storage. There isn't an account on a server. The keys hold an age confirmation, a display name, an email you typed, and a demo balance. The password field is only checked for length in the page. We don't keep it as a login secret, because there is no login server.
This release doesn't run advertising pixels. We don't sell a list of readers.
The contact form builds a mailto link and hands it to your email app. The message sits in your sent folder if you send it. When it reaches [email protected] we keep it long enough to answer and to spot a repeat complaint. Do not put a card number or a government ID number in that mail. We do not need them for a practice issue.
Children
The site is for people 18 and older. We do not want a profile from a minor. If you believe a minor used your device, clear the site data.
Your choices
- Clear site data in the browser to delete the local profile.
- Write to [email protected] to ask what a previous email contained.
- Use a private window if you do not want the balance to remain.
Browsers differ. If our deletion steps are wrong for your phone, tell us and we will correct this page.
What never needs to be in a mail
A practice issue can be described with the page address, the game, the stake, and a screenshot of the line under the demo. A card number, a UPI PIN, an OTP, or a government ID doesn't help us fix a button. If a message that looks like ours asks for any of those, it isn't ours. Check the address you typed, then write to [email protected] from your own mail app.
We keep a support mail long enough to answer it and to notice a repeat complaint. We don't sell a list of readers, and this release doesn't run advertising pixels. A private window is the simple way to leave no balance behind, as long as you didn't already use the normal window on that phone.
